Hi, I'm Ardy Constance

And I'm happy to connect with you.

When I wrote Push Your Limits, my goal was to create an all-in-one, simple resource that addressed the problems many people like myself face.

What steps can I take right now to overcome negative thoughts and achieve my goals? What am I doing wrong, and why is it so difficult?

I compiled all the research available and broke it down into small steps anyone can do.

Since then, we’ve helped hundreds of people develop a positive mindset and healthier habits.

Ardy Constance, the author of the book, Push Your Limits

What can Push Your Limits do for you?

Ever notice how one minor inconvenience, like spilling coffee on your shirt, can ruin your whole day?

I believe in the power of our minds to make or break our experiences. More importantly, I believe in the power we have over our minds to shape our reality.

If your day, week, or year is filled with tough breaks, the last thing you want is someone to tell you to “stay positive.” How can I do that when life is so difficult?

I can relate.

One day, I decided enough was enough. I began reading every book, resource, and report I could find on mindset, habits, and beliefs. I studied every resource available so you don’t have to.

Push Your Limits is your one-stop guide to personal transformation, covering:

  • How to figure out your passions and life purpose (and live it every day!)
  • Small, daily shifts to feel more energized, focused, and empowered
  • How to create new, healthy habits and maintain them long-term
  • What it means to live for yourself, including habit and goal alignment with your desires
  • How to use the science of your brain to your advantage, rewiring your mind for success
  • Tricks to replace negative thinking with positive self-belief, so you never doubt yourself again

The 7 Secrets in this book have been distilled to their simplest form so you can easily apply them to your life right now. No fluff, no confusion—just scientifically proven practices in simple language.

The wisdom in Push Your Limits came from tireless research. It is not my own wisdom, but it changed my life. There is a lesson in this book for everyone, whether it is progressing toward a big dream or simply feeling worthy to receive what you want in life.

Blending Science with Spirituality

For as long as I can remember, I have been deeply fascinated by the intangible forces of our world. The influences we could not see or touch, but which impacted us all the same.

When I began my journey to personal growth, I became aware that the books, articles, and research studies I read covered many of the same principles of spirituality. Perhaps science and spirituality were not so different. After all, both sought the explanation and mechanics of the intangible.

If our emotions, beliefs, outcomes, and relationships are governed by our mind, the question becomes: How can we use this to our advantage?

Instead of letting our mind control how our lives turn out, we can take control of our mind to determine our own destiny. How we think, behave, and interact becomes a choice—one we can make consciously and intentionally.

As I developed my thinking on this subject, I began to put it into meaningful practice. Instead of reacting, I chose to respond. I began to dictate my own feelings to myself, making the choice that every day will be a great day. Putting intention behind my behaviors proved indispensable to my mood, mindset, and external results.

The world around me began to mirror my innermost thoughts. Before, there was conflict and confusion. Now, opportunities are attracted to me, my relationships are flourishing, and I feel confident in my decisions and happy in my skin.

Practicing mindset control, positive thinking, and healthy habits created internal alignment, and my external reality had no choice but to mimic it with success.

It’s more than just psychology—it’s spiritual growth.

My Connection to You

Like most people, I was forced into work just to make ends meet. I didn’t have the time or emotional energy to consider what I really wanted out of life. I needed money, so I got a job.

Like many people, I felt directionless. Once I settled on a direction, I felt unhappy, like I was working tirelessly and wasting time.

I began investing in myself, internally and externally. I took career-related courses and got comfortable with networking. I started studying habit changes, positive mindset-building, and healthy love (for myself and with others). I started practicing.

My confidence quickly anchored into my discipline, and I felt more energized, invigorated, and excited about life than ever before. It didn’t take long after that for my reality to catch up—my relationships grew deeper, I found more time for my passions, and I was surrounded by reflections of my self-love.

Everything I learned, and then some, I put into my book, Push Your Limits.

So, why me? Because you want a great life for yourself, and so do I. I’m here to share with you what helped me get there.

Connect with me.

I'd love to hear from you.
